Who or what is your greatest inspiration?
My daughter, Ivy. I absolutely love showing her how beautiful the world is. Motherhood is the greatest adventure of my life.
When did you discover your love of painting?
There was never any particular moment. My mom, Marcia Meale, is an art teacher and a painter, so I grew up drawing, painting and being surrounded by artwork and plenty of supplies.
What is your favorite color?
Purple.
What is something that most people do not know about you?
When I lived in San Diego, I used to surf every day before work and deliver food to people affected by AIDS every Friday through an organization called Mama’s Kitchen.
