When the AIDS crisis hit 30+ years ago, Americans faced a public health scare unlike anything they’d seen before. Stories of this devastating disease were a staple of the daily news. In recent years, it has received less media attention, giving the impression that it is no longer of much concern. However, with over 35 million people living with the disease globally, it is still a very real public health threat.
To increase public awareness of where we stand in the fight against HIV/AIDS, they’ve produced a short video and companion guide on this global effort. We’re pleased to help PublicHealth.org share the message!
